Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable, always maintaining the design aesthetic and quality standards.

Orders and Payment

When ordering from our Netherlands-based floristry business:

You must provide accurate delivery addresses within the Netherlands or internationally as applicable
Payment must be made through secure Dutch payment gateways (iDEAL, credit card, or bank transfer)
All prices are in euros (€) and include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW) for Netherlands deliveries
We reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled due to flower availability, delivery constraints, or other business reasons
Orders are confirmed via email, and you will receive delivery updates for Netherlands shipments

Delivery in the Netherlands

We provide delivery services throughout the Netherlands, with same-day delivery available in Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates based on typical Netherlands postal and courier services. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, postal service issues, or circumstances beyond our control. For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend ordering with advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forestpurge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services.
