Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our return policy is limited but designed to ensure customer satisfaction. As a Netherlands-based florist, we comply with Dutch consumer protection laws regarding distance selling. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to Amsterdam or other Netherlands locations.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. We will process the refund for the returned item according to our standard refund policy.
If your order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address:
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our Netherlands-sourced flowers at the time of delivery. Our flowers come directly from certified Dutch growers and are handled with care in our Amsterdam studio. If your arrangement does not meet our quality standards, contact us immediately with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with Dutch consumer protection regulations.
