At Forestpurge, we are committed to providing high-quality floral arrangements and excellent customer service. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Policy for Netherlands Customers

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our return policy is limited but designed to ensure customer satisfaction. As a Netherlands-based florist, we comply with Dutch consumer protection laws regarding distance selling. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to Amsterdam or other Netherlands locations.

Eligible Returns and Refunds

Under Dutch consumer protection law and our quality guarantee, we provide refunds or replacements in these circumstances:

  • Flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition (documented with photos)
  • The arrangement significantly differs from the description or images on our website
  • Delivery was made to an incorrect Netherlands address due to our error
  • Order cancellation requested before preparation begins (subject to processing fees)
  • Non-delivery within the stated timeframe for Netherlands addresses

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom arrangements that were created according to your specific instructions
  • Flowers that have been delivered more than 24 hours ago
  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling by the customer
  • Special orders or personalized arrangements

Return Process

To initiate a return or request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  3. If requested, provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect items
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. We will process the refund for the returned item according to our standard refund policy.

If your order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address:

Quality Guarantee for Netherlands-Grown Flowers

We guarantee the freshness and quality of our Netherlands-sourced flowers at the time of delivery. Our flowers come directly from certified Dutch growers and are handled with care in our Amsterdam studio. If your arrangement does not meet our quality standards, contact us immediately with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with Dutch consumer protection regulations.
